Enter the email address and password you created in the previous steps to log in to the program. You will be taken back to the Login window.A pop-up window will appear stating the new user was created successfully.This feature can be especially helpful when checking to ensure the passwords on both lines match. NOTE: You can click the "eye" symbol ( ) next to the "Password" and "Confirm Password" field to see what is typed in each line. Click to save the New User Information and add your new user. You will know your password meets the minimum requirements when the red bar below each password field turns green and says "strong" (or "very strong"). Passwords for Servant Keeper 8 ARE case-sensitive, must be at least 6 characters in length, and contain at least 1 number. On the "Password" and "Confirm Password" lines, enter the password you wish you use when logging in to the program.On the "Confirm Email" line, re-enter your email address (this will be the primary email address used when purchasing the program). The "Name" is only used to identify the user you create, it is never used to log in.
On the "Name" line, enter a name for this user (this can be your name or job title). The New User Information window will appear.Your Servant Keeper 8 program is now installed and ready to use! If you are the first person logging in to your SK8 Cloud database: continue to Step 11, below. NOTE: If someone from your organization has already created the first User in your SK8 Cloud database, contact your Administrator for the Email and Password you should use to log in. Press the key on your keyboard or click to continue. If you are the first person logging in to your SK8 Cloud database: enter the primary email address used when purchasing the program, then enter the password you wish to use for SK8 on the "Password" line. You will now see the Login window for the module of Servant Keeper you selected.Choose "Membership Manager", "Contribution Manager", or "Administration Manager" to open the program. You will now see the Servant Keeper Launcher.Click once on your database to highlight it, then click. After entering the correct information to connect to your database, you will see the "Cloud Databases" window.If it has been over 24 hours since signing up for the Cloud and you do not know your Customer Login information, click "Lost Cloud Account" to go to the Servant Keeper Cloud Account Retrieval page. NOTE: If you just purchased Servant Keeper 8 Cloud, it could take up to 24 hours for your Cloud database to be created and the "Cloud Data Login Information" email to be sent. Paste (or type) the information from the "Servant Keeper Cloud Data Login Information" email you received after your Cloud purchase in the spaces provided. The Customer Login window will be displayed.Are you sure you want to open it?", click. If you receive a prompt stating "'Servant Keeper Cloud' is an application downloaded from the Internet. NOTE: Please be patient, in some cases the installer may take a few moments to open. In the Applications window, double click on Servant Keeper 8 Cloud to begin the installation.When the file is done copying, double click on the Applications folder to open it. A progress window will appear as Servant Keeper is copied into your Applications folder.Drag and drop the Servant Keeper 8 Cloud icon into the Applications folder. A Servant Keeper 8 Cloud window will appear.Wait for the file to load and you will automatically be taken to the next step. You may see a progress window as the file is opened.
